Delivery
Delivery is managed door to door throughout worldwide.
VAT are not included in listed prices!
Delivery Fees
Ordesrs are taken all day Monday to Sunday. Our system will process the orders and send automatic confirmation by e-mail. Delivery is usually made within 72 hours.
Personal Receipt
Personal receipt is possible at our Restaurant (Arany Kaviár Restaurant – H-1015 Budapest Ostrom utca 19.).
Complaints
In case of any complaints about the quantity and/or quality of the purchased products our courier will return it to us, under the conditions that the complaint has been made at the time of delivery. In case of just claim – you did not get what you ordered, it is not the right amount, the parcel is damaged – we contact you to agree on a new delivery date. The shipping fee in this case is certainly covered by our company.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order up until 24 hours after delivery without any reason, if you can return the goods unpacked. The Arany Kaviár Gourmet Ltd. is obliged to pay back the purchase price if the product in 30 days at the latest. The shipping fee of the returned product is covered by customer at all times.

Arany Kaviár Gourmet Ltd. guaranties protection of your personal particulars, according to the provision of the international data protection law. All personal data that you give us will only be used for processing your orders, or to contact you in case of any problems.
